Terms & Conditions Applies

* Referral rewards varies depending on the package(s) purchased. In the event where the referred merchant purchases two or more packages, only one referral fee will be awarded based on the highest reward tier. In the event of any dispute, Weebo Pte Ltd holds the right to make the final decision.

The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the POS Referral Program, which we’ll call Referral here for short. The Referral is run by Weebo Pte Ltd.

To be eligible for a reward, you, as a referee must agree to be bound by the rules described below.

A. Definitions

1. Referee: someone who has submitted a POS Referral Form on Weebo.com.sg
2. Referred Merchant: someone who’s been referred to Weebo Pte Ltd by a Referee.
3. Qualified Referred Merchant: someone who is not an existing customer of Weebo Pte Ltd.
4. Eligible Referral: A Referred Merchant qualifies as an Eligible Referral if all of the following conditions are met:
5. I. the Referred Merchant is not a customer of Weebo Pte Ltd(whether they’re active, expired or cancelled or a paid, free or trial product)
6. II. the Referred Merchant was not referred to Weebo Pte Ltd at an earlier date by someone else
7. III. the Referee has provided all the required information as stated in the POS Referral Form
8. IV. the first payment (whether monthly, annual or one-time) submitted by the Referee to Weebo Pte Ltd was successfully processed
9. V. the Referred Merchant and Referee cannot be employed by the same company

5. Cash Vouchers: refers to a gift card, cash voucher(s) or promo code(s) usable in Singapore decided by Weebo Pte Ltd

B. Overview of Program

1. To be an eligible participant in the Referral Program, you must be a Qualified Referee and the referral you made is deemed an Eligible Referral by Weebo Pte Ltd
2. If you meet the conditions above, you’ll receive a Cash Voucher (which is referred to as the “Reward”). No Reward will be given in relation to any referrals that aren’t Eligible Referrals.
3. You, the Participant, must claim the Reward within 3 months of the time at which the Eligible Referral purchases/rents the product; if you do not claim the Reward within this 3-month period, you will not receive a Reward for the Eligible Referral.
4. The value of the Reward will depend on the type of product that the Referred Merchant make their first purchase or rental.
5. If you participate in the program as a Referee, then a Reward will be given for each Eligible Referral you make. The value of the Reward is based solely on the type of plan purchased by the Referred User.
6. If you receive a reward, you (as a Participant) are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it. By participating in the Program, you release Weebo Pte Ltd and their agents from all liability, including, without limitation, with respect to the Reward.
7. Weebo Pte Ltd reserves that right to suspend you as Participant from the Program at any time and reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Program at any time.
8. Please note that if you are a Referee, you agree to allow Weebo Pte Ltd to disclose your name and/or picture when you receive a Reward

C. By taking part you agree:

1. to comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws
2. not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or invasive or that may be considered spamming

D. Multiple Referrals:

If an Eligible Referral was referred from multiple Qualified Referee, only the first Qualified Referee will receive a Reward. This will be judged on the date and time of form submission. In the event of any dispute, Weebo Pte Ltd holds the right to make the final decision.

E. Termination and Change

1. Weebo may suspend or terminate the Program or a user's ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason.
2. Weebo reserves the right to suspend accounts or deny any Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate.

Weebo Pte Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or end the referral program at any time without notice.
